Hi! As many of you know, I work at ARE as a Prevention and Testing Specialist. ARE has been around since the beginning of the HIV epidemic and started as a support group for folks living with HIV. It has blossomed into the many programs we offer today. We have an amazing medical and non-medical case management program to assist individuals in accessing lifesaving medical care. We also have a robust HIV and STI prevention program, including FREE HIV and STI testing services, linkage to care and treatment if needed, free condoms, education classes within the community, outreach events and so much more. This past year has been a year of growth at ARE and we are continuing to grow. We were finally able to start our Comprehensive Harm Reduction program to help prevent new cases of HIV and Hepatitis C through drug use by providing safe use supplies to individuals who use drugs, as well as Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strips to prevent overdoses and save lives. We also opened our LGBTQ+ Center in the past year. The Center offers social and support groups and events for the LGBTQ+ community. ARE is in the process of expanding medical services to include primary care services as well! We really need your support in this time of growth. Please consider donating to help me reach my goal!

Hi! As many of you know, I work at ARE as a Prevention and Testing Specialist. ARE has been around since the beginning of the HIV epidemic and started as a support group for folks living with HIV.
