I've been with ARE almost 12 years, starting as a Case Manager right out of college. And I've stayed with ARE all this time because I believe in the cause of this agency--to help those most in need on our community. I grew up in Frederick County and I've seen this community grow and change, and with that change came the need for LGBTQ services, housing services, and sexual health prevention & care services. The ARE Team dedicates each day to spreading awareness and getting needed, equitable services to those who are impacted by poverty, lack of access, language barriers, lack of gender affirming care, etc. By giving to this peer campaign, we can continue to help our community become better and better by ensuring access to medical and support care for anyone in need. I've been with ARE almost 12 years, starting as a Case Manager right out of college. And I've stayed with ARE all this time because I believe in the cause of this agency--to help those most in need on our community.
