ARE Peer to Peer Campaign

Family and friends,

Please consider making a donation to ARE, an amazing organization providing resources to our community, through my peer-to-peer campaign. They have multiple programs, including FREE testing, an important LGBTQIA center for our community, and an amazing comprehensive harm reduction program that is close to my heart.

As many of you know, as of October, I am honored to be a board member of ARE! As a transplant to the Winchester area, I struggled finding my place and a sense of community. I didn't feel welcome and often felt "othered" and out of place. After complaining for the umpteenth time, I decided to make changes and moves to find my community and join it! My first stop was easily ARE! With the implementation of their CHR program, I felt like I could offer a lot to their team and was accepted as a board member. My goal to find my community has opened to include helping ensure that others like me in the area know that they are not alone and that there is love in Winchester for everyone--you just have to find your tribe!

It would mean so much to me if you could make a donation to this peer-to-peer campaign. I can guarantee your donation would be put to good use and will go towards building the welcoming community we all are looking for!

Please consider making a donation to ARE, an amazing organization providing resources to our community, through my peer-to-peer campaign.
