Friends and Family:

I’m excited to announce a phenomenal initiative that is very close to my heart. The AIDS Response Effort, Inc. (ARE) is embarking on an incredible journey to open the first LGBTQ+ Center in the Northern Shenandoah Valley region. This center will be a vital resource and safe haven for LGBTQ+ individuals, parents of LGBTQ+ individuals, and allies.

Our vision is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone—whether you're part of the LGBTQ+ community, a parent supporting a loved one, or an ally committed to equality. This center is a HUGE first step towards ensuring that LGBTQ+ individuals in our region have a safe place to come together, find support, and build community.

We need your help to make this initiative a reality. Your donation (even as little as $5) will make a difference. ARE, Inc. is working hard to renovate a historic building in Downtown Winchester, right across the street from Handley Regional Library. This central location will make our center easily accessible and a vibrant part of the Down Town community.

Even if you can't support the organization financially, by sharing this link with your friends and family and encouraging them to contribute, you will be making a difference. Please join me in supporting this initiative that will significantly benefit lives. Together, we can create a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone in the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
